Hmmm...
The Question is: Is this real?
Via Nahright:
So what do we have here? This appeared on the internet at some point during the weekend and there has been a lively debate about whether or not it is in fact a new (or previously unreleased) collaboration between Jay and Daft Punk since. It certainly sounds like it could be an actual Daft Punk track, but it also kind of sounds like what somebody would make if they were trying to make a fake Daft Punk track. One thing is for sure, I don’t recognize that Jay verse. The person who started this Reddit thread say some of the synths sound like they could have been pulled from “Son of Flynn”, a cut from the Daft Punk produced score for the film TRON: Legacy, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it wasn’t composed by a third party. And again, what’s the origin of that Jay verse? Listen and judge for yourself.
