Saturday was a success. Great turn out, got to see alot of old faces I haven't seen in awhile. No drama. The night went well. So glad how it turned out. It was nice to put on for the city!
Happy to be back!
As far as my set, I was pleased. The first song "Power" has an instrumental that's quite overbearing & the 1st song of the set is where you will notice any issues and if you know what you're doing, you can fix the kinks as you go & pray no one notices. That was the case with "Power", after that tho, things went smoothly for the most part....
After our set, it was straight to the bar... The shots were coming at every direction. I felt like I was in the middle of a vietnam war shoot out, ha.
Shout out to the homie Keela. Her man, Ben, caught 1 of the few limited edition Patron BoyZ hats @ the show & Keela took a pic for us.
The audience's response to my set was surprising. I was touched, truly. Nothing but good responses from everyone so far. I'm so appreciative of the love, seriously.
Shout out 2 the homie Redd for the opportunity & Shout out to my boy Abe for coming through to show his support and rockin the crew shirts!
^^ That guy is the creative part behind the Patron BoyZ clothes. My childhood friend and collaborator, Roger Watkins (Jolly Roger) and his beautiful wife, Natali.
We were teasing the audience with Patron BoyZ gear. We tossed out alot of good pieces. They were fiendin! Love teasing the crowd! One thing about us, we truly enjoy doing this. We have no plans to be big, rich & famous. We just like to do what we love. You can tell that we really love this! That's more important than a record deal, at least to this guy.
We came, we saw... we conquered. #PatronBoyZ4Ever
Official video coming soon.
