Better Late Than Never!
My NEW Mixtape "Bullets, Blogs & Bong Rips" (Finally!)
I know, i'm late (what's 15hrs tho, really?) but atleast i'm here. This project (my shortest musical offering to date. Running time: 30minutes & some change) was quite the headache at the last minute. Unfortunately do to constant scheduling conflicts and a pro tools malfunction, "Picture Me Rollin" (feat. Starbuks & Bay Dilla) did not make the final cut and i ultimately decided to toss that mothafucker in the trash bin (when something becomes more of a hassle than a pleasure, i toss it...that includes people as well) and a couple tracks i decided to save for my next (and possibly my final) album "Dreams & Nightmares" (Final, meaning i'll probably no longer make albums as opposed to 4-5 track EP's and singles - hey, it's a digital age, get with the times yo!) But 10 tracks (3 originals, the rest are "freestyles") is a nice decent offering (notice how everyone's albums are becoming shorter & shorter? Hmmm...) and it's been awhile since i got to play around over other people's tracks ("BMF", "Hard In The Paint", "Angels" etc) so... I did all the artwork as well and i gotta say, i'm pretty proud of the design as i put alot of time (all week) into it. The final track "Fast Life" (Produced by Wheelbone, a producer buddy of mine in Eugene) was recorded last night, and you can tell by my voice, i was tired (hungover) and worn out but i came thru in the 4th quarter and made sure you didn't get jew'd out of a track (PMR). A Zip File will be available later 2nite so you can DL the entire project at once as opposed to individual tracks. I hope you enjoy listening to the music as much as I enjoyed making it. Sorry for the delay... Enjoy.
